About the Renewable Construction Academy (RECOA)

We believe a skilled and empowered workforce is the foundation for a sustainable energy transition.

Offshore and subsea delivery performance depends on capability, not just technology or equipment. Most cost overruns and delays trace back to inconsistent understanding between project, engineering, and commercial teams.

RECOA closes that gap through:

• Creating a common language across engineering, installation, and commercial teams - reducing miscommunication at project interfaces through standardized training
• Transferring real‑world learning from professionals who have delivered multiple offshore projects with years of practical experience
• Reducing operational errors and delays by giving teams the practical knowledge to plan and execute correctly through case studies
• Streamlining onboarding so that readiness isn’t left to individual experience or ad‑hoc onboarding.
• Scalable training available through team licenses, enabling global workforces to learn online at their own pace.
