Live Round Table:
Vessel Selection for Offshore Wind in Australia
How to Overcome Regulatory and Commercial Barriers to Enter Australian Waters
Australia's offshore wind market is open. Are you ready to operate in It?
The Australian market operates differently.
This is not a market where experience elsewhere automatically transfers.
Australia has its own jurisdiction, its own compliance requirements, and its own commercial dynamics.
The industry conversation so far has centred on ports and infrastructure.
The commercial realities of operating vessels in Australian waters have barely been addressed with the depth the industry actually needs:
Join this round table to be in the forefront of the Australian Offshore Wind Market
Gain direct insight into how vessel selection decisions are being shaped for Australia's first offshore wind projects, from international experience to market-specific operational considerations.
Gain a practical understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape specific to Australian offshore wind operations, including how experienced international operators are approaching the unique risks and requirements of this jurisdiction.
How do leading operators manage cost and deliver competitive solutions in a geographically isolated market?
Offshore Wind Developers: companies with existing portfolios in Australia or actively exploring development opportunities in the market
Transport & Installation (T&I) Contractors: Contractors involved in or preparing for offshore wind installation campaigns in Australian waters
APAC Supply Chain Operators: businesses across the Asia-Pacific region supplying vessels, equipment, or services to offshore wind projects
Maritime and Vessel Operators: companies operating or mobilising vessels for offshore energy projects within the Australian and broader APAC region
